will take place on Friday starting at 6pm. Don't forget to bring all your documents with you (FAI cards, Association cards, Modified Glider Docs, Insurance certificates in English for non BHPA members etc)

Mark Leavesley of Leavesley Aviation is hosting the Long Mynd event. Their website has all the needed links for "Tourist Board", maps, coordinates, web cams, weather stations etc.

Moreover, the field next door to the HQ cabin is to be a huge camping field, 200 tents easily.
There will be shower block and toilet block on site. There will also be a large Marquee/ Beer Tent where local Shropshire Brewers are providing best Ales at discount prices.
In planning are BBQ evenings around the Marquee and local bands playing on one of the evenings.
You can land here easily from Corndon and is very possible from the Mynd.

Bishops Castle is less than 1 mile from the main camping field. The camp site will take hundreds of tents and caravans.
